1.) How much are the fees?
All of the fees at Glow Properties are within the allowable statutory charge limits. The fees are competitive, negotiable and there are no hidden charges. You receive a Schedule of the Fees at the commencement of your agreement and know what to expect and when. We can even help you pay your Body Corporate, Insurance or Council Rates at no extra charge.

2.) How many properties do you handle per manager?
Many agencies manage multiple properties per property manager which means you become just another number in a rental department. Our rent roll is medium sized which means you still get the personal service you deserve.

Relationships take time and you need to the trust the person who is looking after your investment as if it were their own. There is no high staff turnover and you dealing with the person who owns the business not someone with little experience. You are dealing with the one person who knows you, your property and your tenants.

3.) Are you industry experienced?
Experience does not happen overnight. Our principal has been in the Real Estate industry on the Gold Coast for 14 years and licensed independently for 8 years. We keep up to date with the many changes and undergo regular recognised industry specialist training. Inexperience costs owners money and mistakes are made when attention to detail is forfeited.

4.) Is it easy to change to Glow Properties?
It is easy to change your management to Glow Properties even if you have a current agent or tenant in place. We can minimise the fuss and make all the arrangements for you. If you are not happy with your current property management service provider, you don’t have to be in the uncomfortable circumstance of explaining why you are changing. Make the move to an organisation who is working in your best interests, not someone who is “supposed to be” working in your best interests.
